Richard Crosier II

President of Crosier Security Consulting

Rick is a retired Crime Prevention Specialist with twenty-one years in the Roanoke County Police Department. Eleven of his twenty-one years was spent doing Community Policing and Crime Prevention. He graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He attended Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and achieved associates degrees in; Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Education, and General Studies. He resides in Roanoke County, Virginia with his two daughters Alexa and Isabelle. Prior to living in Roanoke County, he is originally from the Alleghany Highlands and attended Covington High School, where he graduated 1988.

Tami Wyrick

Vice President of CSC

A native of Richmond, Tami Wyrick is Crime Prevention/Safety Specialist with almost 30 years of experience and leadership roles in the Richmond Police Department, Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, National Crime Prevention Council and the Virginia Crime Prevention Association.  She was chosen to participate on Governor Jim Gilmore’s Task Force on Workplace Violence developing statewide training initiatives for law enforcement training and response.  She has experience working in the faith community conducting projects to include threat and vulnerability assessments on churches and synagogues and guest lecturing at Liberty University, Regent University, and the Virginia United Methodist Conference for the Professional Association of United Methodist Church Secretaries on topics to include situational awareness and personal safety. Ms. Wyrick was a national speaker on Safety for Women, Safety for Senior Citizens and filmed a variety of podcasts and proprietary training videos.  Ms. Wyrick’s extensive knowledge in crime prevention and safety was recognized with two national awards from the National Crime Prevention Council and the highest award – the O. W. Cundiff Crime Prevention Award nominated by Law Enforcement Executives and Crime Prevention peers throughout the state.  Ms. Wyrick was also recognized as a National Expert on Stalking and Safety for Women in 1999-2003 and appeared several times on the Law Enforcement Training Network television broadcast.
